The cottages are Visit Britain 5, 4 and 3 star graded and are furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. Each has electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. The larger cottages have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Linen and towels are provided. There is a guest laundry room.

The Farmhouse - four bedrooms - sleeps up to 9 plus cot     Attractive Victorian house with spacious kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer.  Living room with woodburner.  Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double and single bed; bathroom with shower and wc.  Upstairs, three further bedrooms; one double and two with twin beds.  Family bathroom.  Lovely views from the windows.  Private walled terrace with garden furniture outside the front of the house.

Lake View Cottage – three bedrooms – sleeps up to 9 plus cot
A 16th Century cob and stone built cottage with many original features providing great character and charm. Spacious living room with inglenook fireplace with wood burner and original bread oven. Lovely farmhouse kitchen, fully equipped including dishwasher. Lobby area with washing machine and dryer. Downstairs WC. Upstairs to three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. One double bedroom, one with two singles and one family room with a double, a single and bunk beds.  Walled garden area outside front of the cottage with hardwood garden furniture.

The Farmhouse and Lake View Cottage are adjoining with a connecting door and may be combined to accommodate groups of up to 18 people.   Perfect from family gathering, celebrations and larger groups.

Willow Tree - three bedrooms - sleeps up to 6 plus cot  Excellent disabled access, M3A rated for mobility under the National Accessible Scheme           A new eco lodge close to the Farmyard Pond.  With three bedrooms and two bathrooms all on one level, the cottage is specifically designed to offer easy accessiblity for all.  Open plan kitchen and dining area fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.  Spacious living room with glazed doors to a decking area with garden furniture.  Master bedroom with either a double or two singles, ensuite bathroom with level access shower.  Bedroom with two single beds.  Bedroom with either a double or two singles.  Family bathroom with bath and shower.

Keen to book Willow but there are more than 6 in your group, we are happy to offer a discount on a samller second or third cottage.  Willow has a spacious lounge and the dining area can seat 8-10 and would be perfect as your base cottage.

The Stable Lodges – each with one bedroom – sleep up to 2 plus sofabed, plus cot
These cottages are on two levels, converted from the attractive farm stable building. Bedroom is on the ground level with the living area upstairs to take advantage of the fabulous view down the valley.

Stable Lodge One has two single beds and Stable Lodge Two has a double bed. Ensuite bathroom with wc and shower. Upstairs, well equipped kitchen, dining and living area. Both cottages have a small double sofabed in the living room.

The Hayloft – one bedroom – sleeps up to 2 plus cot
Delightful open plan studio. Spacious living, dining, kitchen and bedroom area with double bed.  Space for foldaway.  Ensuite bathroom, wc, bath and shower.

Well behaved dogs welcome in all cottages, except Willow where guide and assistance dogs are permitted

Nearby are horse riding, golf, walking, cycling and within a 30 minute drive is Exeter and Taunton where there are cinemas, museums and racecourses.
