Lambourne Vineyard Cottage is situated on a working vineyard in the heart of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula.

Its unique position affording views over the local countryside with stunning sunsets The vineyard attracts a variety of wild life from Buzzards, Woodpeckers, Badgers, and Herons.

This immaculate well-appointed cottage comprises spacious 1st floor, lounge, dining room with views over the vineyard and surrounding countryside , French doors lead to a decked balcony, with access to garden and parking area. On the ground floor is a large double bedroom, shower room and fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Additional sleeping for 2 is on a quality sofa bed with interior sprung mattress. The cottage has its own private garden with barbecue area and parking for 2 cars. Electric and heating and linen included in price. Towels are available for a small charge.

Vineyard Cottage, an ideal retreat for those seeking peace and quiet, with stunning beaches and creekside villages only a few minutes drive and within easy reach stately homes, gardens and City of Truro
Pub 1.5 miles, with several restaurants locally. St. Mawes with its harbour, restaurants and shops is only 6 miles. The old seaside fishing village of Portscatho is 4.5 miles and Pendower Beach 1.5 miles.
The Eden Project is a short drive away and the Falmouth Maritime Museum can be reached via King Harry Ferry or passenger ferry from St. Mawes. If you prefer walking this is on the doorstep with local footpaths leading to the South Coastal Path or creekside walks.
