House was clean and well kept and of a good size. The location was excellent with lovely views over the North Sea and just a short journey of steps down to the beach. Would highly recommend
The cottage was in a wonderful setting an ideal for taking the family dog out, lots to see and do locally. the cottag ehad veerything we needed. the view was great too.
Location excellent. Property very clean. A bit late asking about this as we went in april and have been with yourselves to Yorkshire since then. I suggest if you want a review doing it may be better when you just return home not months after.
Excellent facility and the interiors are very nicely done up. The view is stunning. We look forward to coming back once again.
cottage was very well presented evey thing you needed lovely veiws out to sea and beach very nice walks along the beach very dog freindly village very nice pubs.
The property has lots of pluses. The living accommodation is of a good size and overlooks the communal grounds and beyond this, the sea. The two main bedrooms are also a good size (although no wardrobe in the master bedroom). The bunk bed room is fit for purpose. The property is tastefully decorated and in a good state of repair. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. A good sized freezer is also available. The property was also very clean throughout. In my opinion there are two downsides to the property. The first is the size of the kitchen. It is very compact and very difficult to fit more than one person in it at a time. The second downside is that the property is heated by portable electric oil heaters (and on-the-wall fan heaters in the ensuite and family bathroom). This is stated in the property details, but beware that you could be incurring electricity costs of circa fifty pounds if staying in a cold week. Overall I would recommend this property to friends, but would make them aware of potential additional costs.
