Hidden gem

What a fabulous property. Home from home and the resident owners were on hand to welcome us and offer recommendations for eating out. Beautiful accommodation. Highly recommend this cottage and the surrounding area for a wonderful holiday. Would love to return

peace and quiet

We were looking for a base to go hillwalking in the area and this was ideal - easy access to the hills on the Dingle and Iveragh peninsulas. The photos give an accurate impression of the property. There is plenty of space and it is very quiet. Also easy to find. We did most of our shopping at Tesco in Killarney but we also did a bit in Killorglin which was grand - and much closer. We felt the house was very good value and would be happy to return. The only down side was the kitchen. There was no coffee maker, no sieve, no potato/vegetable peeler and the cooker is pretty ancient and slow! We cooked every evening so these things mattered - but we managed! We live in a rural setting so looking out the kitchen window into the farmyard made us feel very at home - smells and noises!

Nice cottage and location.

Excellent for families. Close to the main tourist area's but not too close. You will need a car. Owners helpful and friendly. Nice and clean. Garden is gravel but that was fine with us. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you

Mr

Ideal location for visiting County Kerry, particularly the Dingle Peninsula, Killarney National Park and the Ring of Kerry. Peaceful and quiet location, just off the tourist cicuit and you would barely know there is a working farmyard next door. The cottage is lovely, clean and cosy, well equiped, almost home from home. The owners are friendly and helpful, and there if you need them. Will definitely book this cottage again if we return to Kerry.
