Peaceful and charming getaway

My mum and I (and my dog) had a break at the cottage before Christmas. It was the perfect place to relax and momentarily escape the festive stresses! We visited some beautiful local villages and town (highly recommend Stroud farmers market) and spent lazy evenings enjoying the warmth of the log burner. Rob was just a text or call away if we needed anything. Thank you,we had a lovely time!

Cotswolds Character Cottage in a super location

This is a great Cottage with loads of charm & character, set in a picturesque village location to explore the Cotswolds. We were able to take our dog and there is a fantastic park at the top of the street to exercise the her and kids. Wine and bread supplied upon arrival was a lovely touch from the owners. The Cottage is well appointed with everything we needed. The terraced garden is a fantastic place to chill out and eat alfresco, enjoying the stunning scenery across the valley. The local pub.The Ram Inn is within walking distance and serves a good quality, small but varied menu to suit most tastes at a reasonable price. Lots of great walks on the door step which the owners have put into the information pack. Highly recommended would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks Rob & Family.

Wonderful Autumn Break

We had a wonderful stay at this delightful cottage , it was the most relaxing break we have ever had due to the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Our days consisted of brisk walks followed by returning to the cottage to light the lovely wood burner . We also visited Bath and Bristol which only took us an hour by car . The Ram pub is very good in Bussage , friendly and we had superb fish & chips. Would definitely recommend Glen Cottage to anyone who is looking for a restful break or a cosy retreat when exploring the countryside .
