Excellent accommodation with wonderful views

Tram cottage had everything needed for a very pleasant stay. Owners very helpful. House was very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing and the nearby pub served good food as did the fish and chip shop.

Excellent bungalow with wonderful views

We spent a very relaxing few days at this lovely bungalow. Everything was spotlessly clean and the sofas very comfortable in the large open plan lounge. The highlight of the location was the outlook from the picture windows, with views of both the North Shore and the Conway estuary with hills beyond. It was very convenient for the town, and the fish and chips at the end of the road were excellent.

Magnificent Cottage and Views

This is the second time we have stayed at Tram Station Cottage, The views from the lounge window are fantastic, on one side you can see the bay of Llandudno and on the other the Conway Estuary and the Welsh Mountains. The Cottage is stunning and extremely clean, Julian the owner has thought of everything you require to make your holiday perfect. We love it and hope to come again next year if we can manage to book it . It is ideally situated and is only 5 min walk into the Town. the tram Station Chip Shop is really good, there is a really good Italian Restaurant 3 min walk away to the left of the Tram Station and in the other direction there is an Indian restaurant called Jaya this is situated in the Space Boutique Hotel on Church Walk. Tram Station Cottage is a little gem.

Tram station cottage - a fantastic holiday base

Fantastic cottage with amazing mountain and sea views. Beautifully fitted out with everything you could need for your stay. The lovely touch of a "welcome pack" was especially good. The owner was really helpful and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as he could. All of the rooms were furnished to a high standard and towels were plentiful for our stay. There were 4 adults and two children in our party and there was more than enough room in the bungalow. With 2 ensuite shower rooms and a large separate family bathroom, no-one ever had to queue for the toilet! The tram station was 2 minutes walk from the cottage as was a fabulous chippy that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. There was also a lovely pub, apparently the oldest in Llandudno, next to the chippy. Ample parking for 2 cars at the cottage too. And a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and the beach - perfect!

fantastic views, decor and value for money

Easy to book and key collection. Very helpful owners. Bungalow has a very steep drive, but has parking which is a plus in Llandudno. Well stocked kitchen but missed having cooker hood, lovely welcome pack on arrival meaning we could have cuppa! Lovely open fire. Well furnished and good bedding, however the beds were slightly too firm for us, but would not stop us returning as this is a personal preference. Great wifi signal. We all had a lovely time and would love to return to Tram Cottage.

Tram Station Cottage - fantastic

Tram Station Cottage is a superb cottage with great views. Julian the owner could not have been more helpful. Over the past 20 odd years we have stayed in some lovely holiday homes but this is the best. It has everything....clean and well equipped bungalow with en suite or bathroom for every bedroom, a wonderful view of Llandudno Bay and mountains, well situated as regards access to town and seafront. A 2 minutes walk will take you to the Great Orme tram station. There is a super fish and chip shop across the road and we had two good meals in the neighbouring Kings Head this year. Oh, and not forgetting the summerhouse. Great for sitting in with a cup of tea or glass of wine! An added bonus is ample parking.
