‘Turnstone’ is an attractive, luxury, self-catering cottage in a quiet corner of the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole. It is personally supervised by the owners and caters for up to 5 people in double, twin and single bedrooms. It is close to the safe, sandy, harbour beach and the Cornwall coastal footpath. The sea front garden has table & chairs and glorious views across the bay to St. Michael\'s Mount. The cottage is equipped and furnished to a high standard whilst retaining it’s traditional character. Fitted carpets, and heating in all rooms, make the cottage comfortable throughout the year. The large lounge / diner has an attractive beamed ceiling and a granite fireplace. A portable CD/radio player with iPod dock, Panasonic LCD TV with Freeview digital channels and a digital DVD Recorder are provided. There is a well stocked bookshelf as well as games and toys for the children

Pillows and duvets are supplied and the beds are made up for your arrival. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower. A hair drier is provided. Mousehole is a delightful village with restaurants, craft shops, pub, and a general store. You can enjoy the wonderful coastal scenery by walking the nearby cliff path or just relax around the harbour. Mousehole lies on the sheltered side of the Land’s End peninsula, three miles west of Penzance and the neighbouring fishing port of Newlyn. It is the perfect centre for exploring West Cornwall. Within easy reach are the long golden beaches of St. Ives, Sennen & Hayle, as well as the legendary St. Michael’s Mount and the cliff top Minack Theatre.
