Delightfull stone cottage dating back to 1760, complete with enclosed front garden, wood burning stove and new modern kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs there is a front porch leading to the sitting/dining room. This room comfortably seats 5 people, TV with SKY, dvd player, wood burning stove. Leading to kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, range cooker, good range of modern units. This kitchen has all the utensils you would expect in a busy kitchen. leading to bathroom with bath/over shower, WC and sink. Stairs from living room to bedroom 3 with double bed, sink unit, Bedroom 2 with single bed. Bedroom 1 with King size bed and TV, and beautiful views across the sand dunes! The house has full central heating and double glazing so it is perfect in winter and summer.
This cottage is a perfect location for everyone from single holiday makers to family groups, it is very much home from home.

A very cosy comfortable clean cottage ideally located on a private lane that leads to the sand dunes and over on to the beach. There is parking for 2 cars. This cottage is equiped to be home from home.

Bedroom 1 has king size bed, wardrobe, drawers, beautiful view across the sand dunes and of Beadnell beach, TV. Bedroom 2 has double bed, wardrobe, drawers and sink unit. Bedroom 3 has single bed, wardrobes and drawers.
