Delightfull stone cottage dating back to 1760, complete with enclosed front garden, wood burning stove and new modern kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs there is a front porch leading to the sitting/dining room. This room comfortably seats 5 people, TV with SKY, dvd player, wood burning stove. Leading to kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, range cooker, good range of modern units. This kitchen has all the utensils you would expect in a busy kitchen

Stairs from living room to bedroom 3 with double bed, sink unit, Bedroom 2 with single bed. Bedroom 1 with King size bed and TV, and beautiful views across the sand dunes! The house has full central heating and double glazing so it is perfect in winter and summer. This cottage is a perfect location for everyone from single holiday makers to family groups, it is very much home from home. All my cottages and holiday makers have insurance cover from Schofields Insurance.
