Mains of Taymouth Cottages are by the picturesque conservation village of Kenmore nestled at the east end of Loch Tay amidst the finest scenery Scotland has to offer and where the famous River Tay starts its journey to the sea. We are surrounded by lovely walks and fishing is readily available in loch and river. Kenmore Golf Course is on our doorstep with reduced fees to residents and the famous Taymouth Castle is just across the river. Activities abound from water sports and mountain biking to award winning Highland Adventure safaris.

Mains of Taymouth cottages are based around an 18th century courtyard, there are 7 self catering cottages varying from cosy luxury 2 bedroom cottage to an extensive 5 STAR deluxe 5 bedroom with ensuite facilities, large secluded garden , sauna hut and Hot Tub. All the cottages are traditional stone built and tastefully modernised with full central heating, open fires , dishwashers and all other mod cons you would possibly need. The cottages are in a quiet private setting with easy access to the golf course and restaurant and everything the area has to offer.

Castle Gardens is a small gated development of exclusive architect-designed highland holiday. Completed to an exceptional letting standard, we have a selection of superb houses, offering three en suite bedrooms (sleeping six) with various sleeping combinations and one four bedroom house. One house will offer use of a disabled friendly lift from the ground to the first floor, and a number of houses have hot tubs on the extensive decked area - see www.taymouthcottages.co.uk.

More recently completed are the Bruadair Houses, with either 4 or 5 en-suite bedrooms, games room and open fires. Built and furnished to the highest standard and design for those accustomed to luxury living.

The Gallops are 2 bedroom delux apartments which offers fantastic luxury with flexible booking options.

Although Kenmore is an ideal base to explore Scotland we have so many wonderful things to do and see on our doorstep you will not need to venture far.  Kenmore is also the perfect destination and central for access to airports and not too far North for easy reach.
