Situated in a no-through lane in the quiet village of Everton, not far from the
bustling market town of Lymington, Rose Cottage has recently been re-
furbished to a 4 star grading from Visit Britain Quality in Tourism. There
is off road parking and an enclosed garden making it a safe haven for children
and pets alike. Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge with TV, DVD player,
Digibox, stereo system and open coal fire. The dining area looks out through
the French door onto a pretty back garden and patio with furniture and
barbecue. The 'Shaker' style kitchen is new with built under oven, gas hob,
washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer and is fully
equipped for a self catering holiday. There is a downstairs wc. Upstairs there
is a double bedded room and twin bedded room both decorated in creams and
blues with pine furniture and a bath-room with shower over the bath, basin
and wc.
Bed linen and towels are provided, plus bath mat, tea towels, washing up and
cleaning items, a selection of DVD's, CD's and games. Heating is included plus
wood and coal for the fire in winter and charcoal for the summer barbecues.
We welcome one pet. The village of Everton has a very good pub and excellent
village stores both just a short walk away. The whole of the New Forest and
Solent coast is easily accessible from the cottage plus ferry from Lymington
for a great day out on The Isle of Wight.
