Park House is ideally located being close to the unspoilt Stokes Bay Beach and and just 5 minutes from Historical Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays via the Gosport Ferry.  It is situated in a quiet road in Alverstoke and only a few minutes walk from the shops.

Located next to a pretty off road cycle track which leads to the beach, guets are provided with the use of 2 adult bicycles to explore the area on!

Park House features a working open fire in the living room, conservatory overlooking a pretty secluded garden, two additional reception rooms, kitchen with washing machineand downstairs WC and is gas central heated throughout.

The property can sleep up to 7 plus baby in a cot.  Bedrooms available are two double bedrooms (double and twin), single bedroom and double sofa bed in 2nd reception room downstairs, separate from living and dining areas. Travel cot provided on request and we can also install stair gates if required.

The kitchen has the benefits of a washing machine, large fridge/freexer, second fridge, oven, hob, microwave, juicer, food processor, plenty of cupboard space and all crockery and cutlery supplied.
