WebCottages gathers two types of information of the users of our website:

For the purposes of completing your booking request and save for disclosures required by law, criminal investigations, subpoenas or court orders, we will only ever disclose your name, contact details, traveller information and date of birth to the relevant cottage agency with whom the booking is actually made, or the individual owner of the cottage who uses WebCottages to advertise their property. WebCottages are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of our agency partner websites, nor the individual owners. Therefore, please read carefully the privacy policies of our agency partners before agreeing to their terms.

 

CHILDREN

Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), WebCottages will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting prior parental consent.
