The website has been designed to be easy to use, both for advertisers and those looking for accommodation. The site is completely automated; just register and you can have your accommodation listed in minutes.
Because WebCottages is a listings website, we do not charge any commission. Instead, we charge a small monthly fee (or annual fee if you prefer). Sign up now and we'll give you a free trial period of 3 months.
So what's so special about WebCottages?
Why use this site when there are so many similar sites?
Well, we know you've heard it all before, but we hope we're a little bit different. For a start, we're also owners of holiday cottages, we know how to sell self-catering holiday accommodation online and we know what potential visitors are looking for. Secondly, we've been building websites for a very long time, we've accumulated a wealth of different skills, which we offer here to our users.
Using WebCottages, you can quickly and easily create a simple listing. Don't worry if you're technophobic, if you've got this far, you've got the skills you need to create a listing. Once your basic listing has been created, you can enhance it by adding detail such as a features list, you can add an availability calendar (which you can even install on your own website) and you can take advantage of our Special Offers/Late Availability page at no extra cost.
The only stipulation for listing on WebCottages is that your property must be within the UK. If you have a property in Ireland, take a look at Ireland-Cottages. If you have more than one property to promote, then we offer substantial discounts. WebCottages is a listing only service, all enquiries about bookings will be directly to you. We take no commission for bookings that may come via the website, instead we charge a small monthly fee. The site is designed to put you fully in control of your listing. Once registered, you can upload all details about your property, including pictures. You can make changes as often as you like, whenever you like. If necessary, we're on hand to give you tips and advice to help you with your listing.

Monthly payments will be made by setting up a repeat payment by credit/debit card. Annual payments can also be paid by cheque.
So, what do you do next?
If you're not already registered with the site and created an account, go to the register page.
Once you've registered and validated your email address, view 'Your Details', at the bottom of this page, you'll find a button marked 'UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP TO ADVERTISER'. Press it and check your details. If all is correct, submit it - you're now registered as an advertiser.
You're now ready to 'Add a Property' - a process that takes just a few minutes. Once you've entered the details, your new listing appears on the site.
It's really that easy - and with the free introductory period, the only cost is a small amount of your time.
