WISTERIA cottage sleeps 5 in two double rooms(one en-suite) and a single room. The beamed lounge has an inglenook fireplace with log burner. The large fully equipped kitchen overlooks the patio(with brick built bbq) and gardens.

JASMINE cottage sleeps 3 in a double room with four poster bed and a single room. Relax in the lounge whch has fantastic views of the Otter Valley. This cottage also has a large fully equipped kitchen.

ROSE cottage sleeps 4 in a double room with four poster bed and a twin room. The dual aspect lounge has views over the valley to the front and gardens to the back.

HONEYSUCKLE cottage is set away from the main courtyard of cottages and is ideal for the romantics amongst you. A one bedroom barn conversion with unrivalled views of the Otter Valley.Relax in the sunshine or under the stars in your own private spa/hot tub.

NEW FOR 2010 WILLOW cottage is a one bedroom barn conversion with panoramic views of the Otter Valley and it's own private hot tub. Slightly larger than Honeysuckle with a fully equipped kitchen, a large lounge/diner and a cloakroom downstairs. Upstairs is a double bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom.

The market town of Honiton with its renowned antique shops, coffee houses and restaurants is ten minutes drive away. The beaches of Sidmouth, Lyme Regis and Beer can all be reached within half an hour as can the city of Exeter.

With most of the area designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to two National Parks, there are few places better to get close to nature and enjoy the pace of country life. The Blackdown Hills are one of our rural gems, it has the special qualities of unspoiled beauty together with a rare sense of timelessness.

Why not take a picnic and spend a day exploring one of the region’s excellent walking trails. Popular routes include the South West Coast Path, East Devon Way and Exe Valley Way. Alternatively take to the water and enjoy a romantic cruise taking in the spectacular scenery of the Jurassic Coast. The region’s many beautiful river valleys are also ideal for hiring a boat and paddling down river.
