Mayrose has all you need to have a relaxed happy holiday, either with family, or quiet times as a couple, or with friends. We welcome you as guests to our home and invite you to wander around the 18 acres, to feed ducks and our other friendly animals. The lake is an ideal place for an escapism picnic or glass of wine.
The cottages are fully equipped, have fluffy, cosy beds, white cool linen, and towels, and are all fully centrally heated for those cooler days. Some of the cottages have wood burning stoves. Our small shop provides sundries in season, children love the local ice creams, and grown ups my home baked cakes and croissant. Our hens lay their eggs for you each day.
The swimming pool is heated from May onwards, very sheltered...our own piece of Mediterranean, swim and sunbathe sheltered from cool breezes. There is our quiet games room where we have put books to borrow, or have a game of pool. Children will find some games there too.
We are near beaches and shops, and the wonderful Cornish villages of Tintagel, Port Isaac, Boscastle where you may find Doc Martin being filmed. Padstow is only 25 mins away and Eden 30 mins.
