This luxurious self-catering cottage set in the Island of Bernera, connected to the Isle of Lewis by road bridge, offers both a tranquil retreat and an opportunity to explore the beauty that the Outer Hebrides has to offer.

Comfortably accomodating up to 5 people (+ baby), all modern needs are provided to an exceptionally high standard. All village amenities - shop, post office, filling station- are within walking distance.

The cottage offers a private garden with large decking area to enjoy the stunning views across Loch Gael.  Inside consists of 3 bedrooms (Master en-suite), living room, dining room, extremely well equipped kitchen, bathroom and utility room. 

THINGS TO SEE AND DO
On Bernera is the beautiful Bostadh Beach, which is also the site of an Iron age house. There is ample opportunity for walking, fishing, cycling, golfing and birdwatching against the stunning backdrop of this Scenic Island.

For the more adventurous there is surfing, sea kayaking, climbing, canoeing, sailing, kiting and go-karting. There are also many sites of historical interest, for example the world famous Callanish Standing Stones. Lewis also offers an impressive range of wildlife and even boasts Golden Eagles, dolphins and otters amongst its residents.

For those who like a bit of shopping, there are various craft outlets around the island or you could always take a stroll around Stornoway where you could also grab a bite to eat. Why not try some of the wonderful seafood the island offers?
