The house is very spacious and particularly well furnished and equipped.Situated in the beautiful Coln Valley,the property is within walking distance of the Roman Villa at Chedworth.(Nat.Trust). Bourton on the water,Stow on the Wold,Cheltenham & Oxford are all within short driving distances. Warwick Castle,Statford upon Avon and Bath are all easy day trips.

Bang & Olufsen television with the full sky package plus C.D. and Video players.Steps down to a large double bedroom,and en suite shower room ,WC and wash hand basin.Self contained entrance to the outside from this room. Well fitted kitchen includesfridge/freezer,dishwasher,micowave, electric oven,gas hob and washing machine. Dining area with refectory table seating ten people.Cloakroom & W.C..Second ground floor double bedroom.Upstairs/.Double bedroom & fourth bedroom with four single beds.Family bathroom with wash hand basin & W.C.
Outside there is a private garden with table and chairs with ample car parking.The lake is approximately two acres in size with a charming walk around the banks viewing the abundant wild life.We can cater for larger parties than ten by making available our eight en suite bedrooms in the Inn. We have dining facilties to cater for up to fourty guests for large parties.
