Whitby in Yorkshire dates back in time to the days of Captain Cook with its medieval port, bays and breathtaking East Cliff. The nearby Robin Hood bay is a good place to visit with its narrow steep street with tourist shops and cafes, renowned for its association with smugglers, view the rugged coastline whilst sitting in the sea front inn.
