On the edge of picturesque Lympsham, Hope Farm dates back to the mid17th century. The four cottages have been sympathetically converted from the old farmyard outbuildings and have views across the landscaped courtyard and open fields behind.
Each cottage has tasteful and relaxing accommodation for four people and a baby, with an open plan living room, two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and two ensuites. A Z bed is available for a fifth person. Cots and high chairs are available.
All the cottages are on the ground floor and have easy wheelchair access throughout. Front door ramps and other disability aids are available and a wheelchair can be hired.
In the Games Room, there are table tennis, snooker and darts, together with books and board games, and leafelts on the many nearby tourist attractions. Children may enjoy the outdoor play area and dog owners may use our meadow for excerise. The Laundry Room has washing machine and tumble dryer, and there are outdoor drying lines.
In the nearby village, tennis and skittles are available together with a warm welcome in the private cricket pavilion.
The long, sandy beaches of Brean, Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea are less than 5 miles away, while locally there's golf, sailing, fishing and horseriding, as well as museums, animal farms and factory outlets. The historic cities of Bath, Wells and Bristol are within easy reach, and the charming towns of Glastonbury, Axbridge and Cheddar are nearby. A little further afield, Longleat, glorious Exmoor, the Mendips and the North Devon coast are a leisurely drive away.
We are open all year, offering short breaks, off-season small party reductions, Crhistmas prices and last minute bookings.
