Honeystones general location is perfect for visiting places like Stratford on Avon, Warwick, Blemheim and the lovely surrounding villages of Bourton on the Water, Stowe on the Wold and The Rollrights. Being close to Chipping Norton there are activities for the children and adults alike.

The house has been dressed by an interior designer to a high standard and is a light, bright house with ample room for a family or group of friends. The sitting room comfortably seats more than 8 people and is equiped with LCD TV, video recorder and DVD player. It's double doors open out onto a raised patio seating area where the sun could shine all day.

The diningroom, with tiled floor, pine and painted furniture, table and chairs to seat 8, extends into the conservatory and looks out over the garden and beautiful view beyond. This also has double doors leading out into the private, enclosed garden.

Going off the dining room is the delightful beamed kitchen equipped with all the latest aids, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mixer, oven and hob, fridge etc. ( there is also a freezer and drier located in an outer building).

The 3 bedrooms are again bright rooms all beautifully dressed to a high standard and offer all the "home from home" comforts. The fourth bedroom is downstairs, where there is a cloakroom, and has a bed settee. This room could be useful for an elderly or disabled person.

Outside is a totally enclosed garden with lawn and patio areas where guests can make use of the outdoor furniture and BBQ. At the front of the house is ample off-road parking for 2 or 3 cars.
