Holly Cottage comfortably sleeps 8 people.
Holly Cottage was built in the 18 hundreds. This spacious detached cottage was renovated in the year 2000 to become a lovely family home with all the home comforts that a family needs. The cottage enjoys a superb position overlooking the heart of Hutton-le-Hole, one of the most popular villages in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. This stone built cottage has its own enclosed garden, garage and parking area.
Hutton le Hole is home to the famous award winning Ryedale Folk Museum. There are numerous craft shops, tea rooms and an excellent pub which serves good English food (all within a few minutes walk). The river Beck runs through the heart of the village and there are some lovely walks. Good roads give quick and easy access to the Moors, the Yorkshire Heritage Coast, Heartbeat Country, the Pickering Steam Railway and York.
On the ground floor Holly Cottage has a spacious sitting room with a real wood/coal burning stove. There are double doors leading out onto the enclosed garden. There is a separate dining room, kitchen, cloakroom and entrance hall.
The first floor has a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and lovely views looking over the valley. One twin bedroom has a double aspect view looking over the village and the valley and the other twin bedroom has views across the valley. Also on the first floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a large bath and separate shower.
The second floor has a very large double bedroom with superb views across the village.
There is a lovely enclosed mature cottage garden with a small patio, garden bench, table and chairs and gas barbeque.
