This exceptionally lovely cottage, with original beamed ceilings in its luxurious, smartly furnished interior, enjoys beautiful views in one of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park's prettiest villages.

A detached, stone built property situated in a prime position in Hutton-le-Hole, refurbished in recent years to a very high standard of accommodation. The village offers a local inn with restaurant, the world renowned and award winning Ryedale Folk Museum, craft shops and tearooms, all within a short walk. There are fabulous walking and cycling routes, and a short drive away are the market towns of Helmsley, Kirbymoorside, Thirsk and Pickering, where the North York Moors steam railway will take you over the moors to Goathland, home of Heartbeat. Whitby, Scarborough and Flamingoland are all easily accessible and York is only a 45 minute drive away.

On the ground floor there is a large lounge with comfortable sofas and chairs an open fire and colour TV with DVD and Freeview. There is a very well appointed kitchen, (with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) which is separated from the dining room by a large breakfast bar making for a very sociable area.

Also on the ground floor is a playroom with an ensuite wetroom. The playroom has a colour TV with DVD player. The playroom has a sofa bed for an additional 2 beds. Alternatively there are two Z beds providing flexible additional accommodation for 2 people.

There are two staircases leading to the first floor where the accommodation includes two double rooms, one twin room and a family bathroom.

There is a third toilet on the ground floor.

Outside there is a from garden over looking the village and a yard at the rear of the building with table and chairs for 8 and a gas BBQ. There is parking for three cars behind a closed gate and off the road to the rear of the property.

The property has oil fired central heating and electricity, and all linen is supplied.
