Tucked up on the hillside and set in extensive mature grounds between Tarbert and Lochgilphead, Flat 7, Erines House is a top floor apartment within this unique Scottish baronial mansion with fabulous views over Loch Fyne.

Accommodation is accessed by a sweeping stairway from a large communal reception area, up an internal stair, and once arrived at, is on one level and consists of the following:

Living room with dining area with seating for 4 extending to 6, radio/cd player and TV.

Bedroom 1 is a spacious family room with one double bed and two single beds and still with ample room for a cot.

Bedroom 2 is a single room.

Cot and bed guard available on request.The property also has shared use use of a patio and barbeque area. Communal parking.

Locally

Within the area; walking, sailing, fishing, golf, riding, standing stones and historic sites. There are shops, bars and resturants in Tarbet and Lochgilphead. Within reach of the ferries to Islay, Arran , Jura, and Bute. The Crinan Canal, Inverary Castle and Jail are also within short driving distances.

Heating

Is electric and is included May to September otherwise is charged at £20 per week.
