Edinburgh Blair ST Old Town
Very central old town apartment, discreetly located on the third floor, quiet rear facing, and recently refurbished. Brand new fully integrated designer kitchen installed with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, and a dining table with seating.
The apartment has also had a new bathroom suite installed with a bath, electric shower and heated towel rail. Laminate flooring has been laid throughout the apartment.
In the lounge there is a leather sofa bed, two seperate chairs and a television with satellite. The bedroom has a king size bed ,built in wardrobe and two bedside cabinets for storage. Heating in the apartment is available with electric storage heaters and instant heaters.
