Dairy Cottage comfortably sleeps 4 people.
Dairy Cottage is situated in a quiet elevated position in the picturesque village of Little Petherick only two miles south of Padstow offering a wide selection of places to eat .Browse the many little shops. The cottage is ideally positioned for exploring other parts of Cornwall and is only twenty minutes from Newquay Airport offering daily flights to London Gatwick and the Scilly Isles aswell as some European destinations. There are three pubs locally .The cottage was lovingly restored during the winter of 2009 by Cornish builders and craftsmen who took great pride in the work they carried out. Dairy Cottage is light and airy with fresh white wall througout and beamed ceilings. Floors are of Oak throughout except for the bathroom and shower room which are of limestone. Quality fittings are found throughout the cottage. The kitchen area is equipped to a high standard . There is a section of the field for the guests of Dairy Cottage to use which also has a locally made picnic table and bench and portable Weber barbecue. Wi Fi access .
The cottage is on one level except for one step leading from the corridor to the main bedroom which makes it ideal for babies and toddlers. There is space for a cot in the master bedroom. We can supply a travel cot, highchair, changing mat , baby bath and mat etc . Babysitting can also be arranged. We also offer breakfast cooked on our Aga and brought to you in the comfort of your cottage by request.
Trevose golf course. horseriding at St Merryn, fabulous beaches only seven minutes away and many other leading attractions are within easy reach.
Ride along the Camel Trail , walk the Saints Way, take the kids to Dairyland nr Newquay or to Crealys adventure Park at St Issey. There is plenty to do not forgetting the Eden Project too.
Penzance and St Ives are only forty five minutes away so easily accessible.

Dairy Cottage is finished to a high specification and includes a Rangemaster Cooker , Stainless Steel kitchen appliances, a forty two inch Samsung Flatscreen HD TV. Wi Fi and i Pod dock. Blackout lining on all curtains and blinds. The use of a huge field.
All linen and towels ( except beach towels), electricity, first basket of logs, during July and August a mid week cleaning service and welcome grocery bag are included in the rental cost. Wi Fi included.
Master bedroom with King bed and Freeview tv super ensuite bathroom in limestone offering both bath and wake up power shower . Twin bedroom is cosy with two comfortable beds and old wooden shutters at the window. Wooden oak floors in both bedrooms.
Smoking is not permitted
Dogs are welcome here
Price per week - Low Season: £500.00
Price per week - High Season: £1,200.00
Short breaks from: £325.00
Must be over 25 years Deposit required to secure a booking. Balance payable six weeks prior to start date of holiday. Well behaved dogs accepted at a doggy tariff of £25.00 per week

Although both Dairy and Stable Cottages are on one level we feel that they are not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
