One with King-size bed, one double, one King-size with single and one twin bedded room. Large shower room with handbasin and WC, also a bathroom with handbasin and WC and a downstairs cloakroom with WC and handbasin. Charming lounge with inglenook fireplace and woodburner, widescreen digital TV with Freeview, oak kitchen, large dining room seats 8-10, large beautiful conservatory leading to patio and large garden with garden furniture and Bar-B-Q. Oil central heating. Fully fitted oak kitchen with a breakfast bar. Well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, food mixer and ample cupboards & worktops. The house has its own secluded well-fenced garden in a quiet village location. The grass tennis court/croquet lawn is shared with the cottage. A payphone, widescreen colour digital TV with Freeview, DVD & Video, cot and high chair are included. Oil, logs and electricity free from May until September. Safe parking for 6 cars. Pets permitted by arrangement free of charge. Bed linen, towels and tea towels also free of charge.

The location being Mid-Norfolk is ideally suited for touring all areas of East Anglia. Norwich Rail Station 15 miles. Local but infrequent bus service through village; details on request. The historic Cities of Norwich and King's Lynn are each a 20-minute drive away. Coastal resorts, The Norfolk Broads, Thetford Forest and Sandringham are within easy reach. Good walks along quiet country lanes. Golf, riding and fishing nearby. East Dereham 3 miles offers good shopping and swimming pool. Two public houses and restaurant are within easy walking distance.
