CLINTON COTTAGE 2006 (Sleeps 2/4 +cot) Pretty detached single storey cottage, with its own secure and private garden, set in peaceful countryside overlooking open fields. Provides an excellent base for touring Norfolk. Two public houses and restaurant within five minutes walk. Trout fishing, swimming pool and golf courses nearby. Dereham is 3 miles away with good shopping. Norwich is a 30-minute car journey. This cottage sleeps 2/4 + cot and offers the following comfortable accommodation; attractive bedroom with double bed, duvet and clock/radio alarm. Lounge with large colour TV with digital/Freeview, video recorder, radio, double bed settee that can sleep two adults if required. Well equipped Kitchen/Diner with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, filter coffee maker, washer/drier, fitted cupboards and ample workspace. Bathroom with shell shaped suite, bath/shower with glazed shower screen, wash basin and WC, shaver point and heated towel rail. This property has full double glazing, cavity wall and roof insulation and is completely self contained and equipped with all necessary furniture and utensils.
