Set just off Callander Main Street, and litrally on the new millenium cycle path this is a great villa from which to explore Callander and Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.

The villa has  three bedrooms, one with kingsize bed, one with double bed and also a double futon (both of these bedrooms have fitted wardrobes),and one further bedroom with bunk beds. + Babies cot.

There is a large fitted kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and cooker with double oven, just off the kitchen  there is a dining area with table and chairs to seat six people. + High chair if required.

The living room is modern and comfortable with a bed settee if required, and  equipped with television and DVD player. 

There are two toilets, one downstairs with toilet and shower-room, and one upstairs with toilet and bath.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

The house has well maintained gardens to the front and rear, and a garage should you require storage for bicycles.
