This beatifully converted timber framed barn has four luxuirous cottages catering principally for adults looking for a country retreat. Set in a secluded courtyard within the grounds of a C16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse in the hamlet of Brook just north of Romsey, the property adjoins the famous Test Way and is close to the River Test, New Forest and the Solent.

Each cottage is a unique two level self contained siute comprising;

Ground Floor with entance hall, double bedroom and traditional bathroom with slipper bath and hand shower.
First Floor with open plan lounge and dining room, with fully fitted kitchen.
The living space opens out onto a south facing veranda, with tables and chairs overlooking the Test Valley.
