Luxury Beach House 50 yards from Beadnell Bay. There is direct access down a private lane through dunes to beach.
Downstairs there is a large hall area leading to sitting room / dining area with generous seating for 6. The sitting room has SKY TV, dvd player, CD player, ipod docking system. There is a snug room with tv and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equiped including coffee machine, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, ample cupboard space. The Kitchen has a utility room leading off with tumble dryer, washing machine, sink and fridge freezer, the door to enclsed garden leads from utility room. There is a downstaris toilet.
Upstairs to 3 large bedrooms. 1st Bedroom with King sized bed fitted wardrobes, ensuite with shower, sink and toilet. 2nd bedroom with king size bed fitted wardrobes and views towards the Farne Islands. 3rd bedroom with double bunk bed with single on top, again beautifull views out to sea in the direction of Farne Islands. Beautiful views from all bedrooms. very large spacious bathroom with shower over bath.
There is a large selection of childrens board games, dvd,s and a play station 2 for those not so sunny days.
Outside there is parking at front and side. The back garden (which is on the beach side) is fully enclosed with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ, and lawn. The back garden get the sun all day. The house is fully double glazed with oil fired central heating.
1 well behaved dog very welcome.

6 Miles South of Bamburgh Castle, 10 Miles North of Alnwick Castle.

3 very spacious bedrooms, 2 Kingsize beds (1 with ensuite) double bunk with single above. Generous uncluttered floor space in all rooms. fitted wardrobes and amples drawer space. Beautiful sea views from 2 bedrooms.
